Don't Buy from a Third Party Vendor

I purchased this laptop being told it was New and I got one that was used or refurbished, along with no power cable. I went to Walmart to return it and was hassled about returning it as they didn't see Walmart label on the box, so in there defense I can understand why they didn't know it was from Walmart . But I got it returned, but I am still waiting on my refund. Not impressed.
