Love this!
My 4 year old son takes this. It has worked so much better than the other brands we have tried. I has especially eased his complications from food sensitivity and his allergies. If we forget to give it to him, he gets a break out or cold from his allergies.

Bifido is a Great probiotic for ibs-d
Our son has multiple food intolerances that have caused him diarrhea for most of his life. We give him these when we have food emergencies and have to eat out without knowing their ingredients. This probiotic is easy to chew and doesnt need refrigeration. For our son this has been invaluable. However, if you are on the constipation side this bifidobacterium makes it worse. One chewable will lock me up for days. I only take it during colds/flu and it seems to lessen the duration of the cold. My son also gets the stomach virus at the drop of a hat and these help the nausea and keeps him from getting the after effects of the viruss diarrhea.

Great for kids overall health!
These have been great for my 5 year old regular movements. I’m sure with his immune as well but when we do not take, there is a difference in his bowels.
