I love it anyway

Ok, I'm in the minority here when I say I love this blanket. I read all the reviews before buying and still took the chance. Yep, I had to wipe out my washer and empty my lint screen twice in my dryer. I knew I'd have to. And yep, it shrunk considerably. It only hangs over the mattress about 3 inches on the sides and bottom on my king bed. But I love it anyway. It's the perfect weight. Not too heavy and hot, but not thin either. The weave is nice and tight and soft. I got the gray and it's pretty. Didn't fade at all. And since I washed it, it hasn't shed any lint at all. Honestly, I'd rather deal with all the issues of a 100% cotton blanket than buy microfiber. I paid $21 for a nice cotton blanket so I have no complaints

Great look and feel

I have had many cotton blankets and they all shed. I have one that is 15 years old and it still sheds in the dryer so don't let the hand wringing about that deter you. It is a great weight and looks great and it is perfect for our summers here in the north. It does run small however. The king fits our queen perfectly. The color is rich and deep. We love it.

Cotton blankets. The colors are nice and as seen on internet. Washed up well. Not too heavy but also not real light either. Heavier than a sheet but lighter than quilt.
