Trash Products
This was suppose to be a brand new iPhone 7, however it is unusable. The phone will not hold a charge, it glitches, freezes, and so on. Unfortunately we did not need to use the phone for a couple weeks right after purchase, it sat in its original box during this time, so we were unaware that this BRAND NEW phone was actually defected until just a few days after the 30 day return window. This phone was maybe used for a week total, is still in the same condition it was purchased in, and is being stored in its box.
Reliant Cellular took several days to respond, I had to contact them twice before they would get back with me. They are unwilling to make a return even though it is absolutely apparent that this phone is unusable and not in the promised condition. They said they would accept the phone and take a look at it to possibly repair it, but I must provide shipping. It is being sent to them now, but I do not have much confidence that the phone will be fixed.
What should happen is that I either get a new phone, since that is what I was promised with my purchase, or a return is made.
