A complete waste of time and money!!!

Their refund policy says no refund if worn or washed. How would I know if the item works if I didn't try it???? Just so happens....IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!I It leaks and my dog was wet with urine all the way around his waist. I tried several times by making it tighter, so tight that it made red indentations on his belly and legs. I also measured him several times before ordering the correct size and it fit him just fine.
