All of our breakaway kits are tested for your safety and meet DOT requirements for holding and breakaway situations.
This replacement battery case for breakaway kits measures 5" wide, 3 1/4" high and 3 7/8" deep to fit a variety of breakaway batteries. It is constructed from durable polyethylene plastic to protect against the elements and features a lockable tab to accept a padlock and deter tampering and theft.
Nobody hitches up a trailer expecting a breakaway, but that doesn't mean you should tow unprepared. Be ready for anything with a CURT breakaway kit.
