Great studded snow tires for my wife's small car. She is a nurse traveling country roads to town. The snow tires perform as though no slick spots exist. More traction than my 4x4 pickup in winter. Plows through deep snow and slush as well. We have some moderate road noise from the studs on dry pavement. Pleased with the performance and tread life.

Great tires, studded at the factory, can't be beat

This is our fourth set of studded snow tires from Nokian (Hakkapeliitta 9 & 10 Studded). They come delivered studded from the factory, and you won't loose any studs during use like tires that are studded at the tire shop (bin there done that). This is the only winter tire brand I highly recommend, and have them on all our vehicles. We live in Western Massachusetts and experience heavy winters. We have a 1/4 mile steep driveway, and our cars handle the snow and ice like little tanks, traveling both up and down hill.
