Love
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved 2 trusted butcher knives, one 8" chef knife and one 3.5" paring knife from Tryit sampling. I have to say I love how these knives cut. They are super sharp. The weight is really nice. I don't like that they are hand wash only but I will deal.

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my PowerXL Trusted Butcher 8" Chef Knife and the 3.5" Pairing Knife. They are gorgeous knifes but also they are sharp. I have used it to butcher up a chicken and it seems to have kept the sharpness.

Sturdy and sharp
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This know is super sturdy and sharp. Be careful. It cut the meat around ribs like it was butter. It even shaved a little of the bone off with the meat. Is also super sturdy and I was unafraid it would slip or anything. The cover is a little small and kinda easy to lose.
