NeilMed SinuFrin Plus Decongestant 12 Hour Nasal Congestion Moisturizing Gel with Sodium Hyaluronate & Aloe Vera

This is one of the few products that works to relieve my congestion quickly. I have chronic post-nasal drip so I often need quick relief to prevent throat irritation. I occasionally develop a headache shortly after using SinuFrin but that may be related to my medical condition. I simply take one Tylenol and I am good! SinuFrin works consistently well for me given my condition.

This is one of the very few nasal products that work for me. I have severe nasal congestion and this is the only product that clears it fast and allows me to sleep all night and still works through early afternoon. There has been no side effects for me and I sometimes use it up to three days in a row. ( no more than that) This also works great when I use a sinus rinse earlier in the day. Excellent product.
