Biotin?The biotin isn't necessary.
I've been using this supplement for 3 years and, it WORKS! I know it doesn't have biotin or collagen but it has many other vitamins &nutrients that are great for your hair, skin&nails. It isn't some miracle worker where you take one dose and your skin is clearer and hair/nails stronger in one dose. A supplement with biotin or collagen won't do anything in one dose either. This works great and it's vegetarian (maybe even vegan) for those who care about that.
