I had to get this on DVD, I have a VHS copy which is about 35 years old, so I have been watching ROAD HOUSE for quite few years. I have seen the remake. It is alright but just not the same.

Still a classic!

Great movie with lots of action and great performances by Patrick Swayze, Ben Gazzara, and of course Sam Elliot. Also a great soundtrack with a couple songs from late musician Jeff Healey (who's also in the movie as the resident bar musician) including the title track to the movie "When The Night Comes Falling From The Sky". They don't make action movies like this anymore.
