Good product for student-athletes/active people

I like that the tablets have a nice sour taste, makes taking them even easier. I would take 2 tablets before a weightlift as instructed and I would argue it has helped metabolize fats as well as help me recover. As a student-athlete where we are practicing and weightlifting 4 hours per day for a majority of the week, this has helped me be able to keep up physically with the demand.

L Carnitine 2gms/day after a few weeks.

Started taking 2gms of L Carnitine daily for a few weeks now. It may be a little early but I have felt some energy gains. Time will tell if these gains will continue.
