Poor fitting clasps and rough delivery person.

I like the idea of the stacking boxes. Some of the clasps are very hard to open and being plastic, I don't expect them to handle being forced to close all the time. I don't think that the delivery guy who tossed the box down onto the concrete entryway caused this issue but, you never know.
