[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this bag in black for my daughter-in-law for Christmas so decided to treat myself to the gray one. The color is great and of course in keeping with all of the bags made here, there is plenty of pockets for organizing. It could be a little wider as it tends to bulk up quickly with items so minimizing is necessary. I loved the idea of this rather flat bag but my stuff made it a bit too "fat". Love the exterior pockets but they could be a bit taller. I have an iPhone 11 pro and the pocket won't close with my phone inside. I'm using it and liking it,
