I just started taking this product about a year ago (2024). However, I stopped for 6 m9nths. I started taking it again in February of 2025 and noticed a big difference. It helps if you take it for a least one month - you will notice a difference. It helps my joints and arthritis I have in my knees, back, and neck. I also take the Jarrow brand of Hylauronic Acid (one small capsule twice per day) and Jarrow brand of MSM (one medium capsule per day) for my joints and arthritis. I've tried other brands for over 10 years and Jarrow works the best and the ingredients have been verified as being safe. Delivery was also quick!

Excellent Results
I read about sam-e hoping to improve my mood. I was also concerned that I needed these amino acids since I have been a vegetarian and not eaten red meat for 20 years. I definately see positive results: elevated mood, mostly due to deep uninterrupted sleep, and a quiet mind during the daytime. I achieved these results after taking sam-e daily for 6 weeks. I'm on my 3rd month and continue to take one nightly. I highly recommend for elevated mood, deep sleep, and quieting a restless mind.
