Morton Tender Quick is normally not stocked in stores and is a hard to find product. It is used to cure meat prior to smoking and works well with poultry, especially turkey.

Only salt we use

We soak fish, chicken or pork in a brown sugar-salt brine overnight before we smoke it. It always comes out tender and delicious. We are proud to share our meat soaked in this brine with friends and family. I would recommend this salt for smoking.
