I feel like this is helping ADHD

It's not obvious that this is truly helping. However, I am continuing to take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach for better absorption. I feel like my mood is boosting and I have more clarity in my mind. I am wondering if it will benefit me to continue taking it while I'm on Vyvanse (5mg) - which is a very low dose!

Started taking this for fibromyalgia and I'm noticing a slight difference in the lessening of muscle tension. Easy to swallow capsules and the price is affordable.
