This is the first enzyme that i have tried in the past 10 years that i really find helps with my severe bloating. I'm thinking it might be the added bile in this product. Will definitely keep using.

My new favorite enzyme tablet
I was looking for a good digestive enzyme tablet that has ox bile as what I used was discontinued. So grateful I found this and one tablet digests 34g protein (per the company)
