Not sure why they are calling them paint roller covers as they are just paint rollers I guess the holder that holds them must be the paint roller and these are the covers. They are really thick and will work great for painting. These are definitely high quality and would recommend using them for all your painting projects.

This was my first time using Linzer pro edge paint roller covers, and I am impressed. My house is an old fixer-upper, and I have been painting and remodeling one room at a time. Other paint roller covers leave uneven paint coverage, and tiny pieces of lint. This can be frustrating, because it means going over everything double the amount of times, and picking off the pieces the lint roller covers leave behind. The Linzer covers are very professional, and deliver even paint coverage, without falling apart and losing tiny pieces along the way. This brand has cut my work in half! I am hooked. I recommend this brand of paint roller covers to everyone who is in the process of painting. My guest room looks amazing. The paint coverage is even, no thin spots, even when the sun shines directly on the walls. Best of all: no little bumps have been left on the walls from the paint roller covers. The price is very reasonable, and the time it takes off of painting tasks makes this brand my number one choice from now on.
