Quick fix for a noisy fan!

Installed very easily and worked well, whisper quiet! My only criticism is that the motor cannot be repaired, it only needs new bearings! Also, you don't really need the whole assembly unless the fan cage is damaged. Its very easy to disassemble the motor from the bracket and put the old fan cage on the new motor, save about $5. Its disappointing that the fan motor only lasted 4 years.
