I received my marjoram today and decided to quickly put I to use with dinner! I added it to my Roasted potatoes with a touch of garlic, My entire family loved the subtle but not over powering addition of this quite versatile herb. The dish had a mild sweet flavor and was a great accompaniment to our grilled chicken. This herb will be a terrific addition to chicken, pork or any vegetable. I was impressed by its fresh flavor even though it was dried. I will be using it a lot in the next coming weeks.
