They arrived fresh and crisp. Very satisfying crunch for snacking on plain. More comfortable than biting into a traditional thick rice cake (and fewer crumb falling off). They break easier than another brand that acts and feels more like a slice of bread. I'm going to need to stock both-- this one for snacking, the other for spreads and sandwich bread substitute.

These rice cakes are very bland but wholesome because they’re made with brown rice… very lightly salted. If you need something gluten-free the way I do and you can keep them fresh and sealed container they are worth the money.. They are satisfyingly, crunchy and thinner than most rice cakes and you can put anything on them …peanut butter cheese, etc. and feel like you’re having a healthy snack .
