Broke first use

The 3/8 wobble joint broke the first time I used it. It was not in a bind and I was not putting a great deal of torque on it. Northern exchanged it, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars, but it took some doing as I didn’t bring in my receipt and they had to look up the purchase on a particular computer that not all the cashiers have access to. I haven’t yet used the new set, so I don’t know if my bad wobble joint was a fluke or if they’re all weak.

Flex adapters fall apart in 1 use

These flex adapters fall apart after one use, or even before 1 time is done. I am trying to find a way to get my money back, poor design and quality. The regular adapters seem fine but are not very strong, seem like it would be easy to break them. I cannot believe they even still sell them without design change. These will not work for even a home handyman. I would give them no stars but the option is not available.
