The Elk Ridge ER-555GN Fixed Blade Survival Knife comes with all of the basic survival necessities. It includes a full-tang 10 ½-inch overall fixed blade knife with a 5 ¼-inch drop point fine edge blade. Constructed from 3CR13 stainless steel and a green injection molded nylon fiber handle that is comfortable and durable. In addition, it includes a fire starter, sharpener, and a survival kit all stored in the handle. The Elk Ridge brand is manufactured by Master Cutlery to the highest standards. The line features exceptional, high value and beautifully designed items including our Elk Ridge knives, Elk Ridge axes and Elk Ridge Machetes. Designed specifically for true outdoorsmen, the Elk Ridge knife brand is for serious, avid, and professional hunters.

Best Budget Knife
It has perfect blade shape and just the right size. Small enough for bush craft, big enough for survival, pointy enough for defense, and thick enough to baton. On top of that it is not heavy. The down side is that the fire steel and sharpening stone is not functional, but the knife is wonderful.
