Mainstays Aztec Stripe Grey Twin/Twin-XL Quilt

This grey Aztec quilt is light weight and seems to be well made. The reverse side of this twin 66in x 86in quilt is white and the machine quilting done in straight lines the length of the quilt are one inch apart. This tells me that there will be no shifting of the material that is between the front and back layers. Upon receipt of this quilt I put it in the washing machine and dried it in the dryer. It washed and dried beautifully taking out some of the stiffness that comes with a new item. There was also no residue in the dryer "fluff catcher." The grey color and Aztec pattern is so soothing - it is very light and subtle - nothing about it shouts "Here I Am." If anything it whispers "Come, crawl under." The quilt is made in China of 100% polyester fiber. The pattern and color are gender neutral - suitable for anyone of any age - even nurseries are being decorated in grey tones. According to the packing list the weight of the quilt is 3.75 pounds. Where I live this would not provide sufficient warmth for the winter months but be more suitable for summer weather.

Love this beautiful dark grey (almost black) Aztec designed quilt with the different shaped triangles, zig zags, and lines, over white, and 1/4 inch black trim all around. The other side is solid dark grey/black sewed in lines, if you want to reverse, but with my 4 cats shedding, I'll keep on the Aztec side :-) Has a lot of very tiny white specs on the dark designs, too, maybe to give it that extra washed look? This quilt measures 86 inches x 90 inches to fit a full to queen sized bed. I have a queen, and just fits with about a foot overhanging sides, so if you have a full, you will have 7 inches wider, and 5 inches longer :-) It's made of 100% polyester, and with filling, about 1/3-1/4 cm thickness, so kind of thin, but will still help add another layer of warmth, and comfort through the colder nights. Washing instructions on tag on quilt say to wash cold on gentle cycle, tumble dry low, remove right away, don't iron, and no bleach. I would definitely recommend not only for the low price of $19.98, but my cats love it, too :-)
