Inflexible

Due to the internal padding, which has no flexibility whatsoever because there are only 2 lines of velcro dictating where they could each stick, the camera would only fit in "backwards." It seemed dangerous for constantly handling the camera by having to twist your arm away from yourself, especially if your attention is constantly split (e.g., you have a child to look after, or if you need to maintain more situational awareness in certain places). I also keep a hood on my lens, and don't like removing it all the time because I'm prone to forgetting to put it back on. The camera wouldn't fit in between the padded dividers with the hood on because it was too wide. My lens and hood are not excessively big, compared to the ones I've seen other people toting around for "more serious" pursuits (not necessarily pro, just really enthusiastic). I might have dealt with these issues at a lower price (namely, by using the bag without the padded dividers, which I don't necessarily need, as I only carry the one lens), since sling backpacks with separate camera compartments that aren't excessively big seem so difficult to come by. But at this price, it was more than I was willing to do.

not safe for Tablets, even in the designated pouch

I love this bag for my camera. The bag keeps my camera well protected and all the items in place while I travel. If this review could end there it would have been given 5 Stars. However there are two issues that I have run into. First is the little strap that is supposed to connect to the main over the shoulder strap to keep the bag in place, I don't know what they call that. It's kind of in the way all the time. It would be really nice if there was an additional clip or a way to contain that when it isn't connected to the Over the shoulder strap. The Second, and the main reason this isn't getting 5 stars is the tablet pouch doesn't protect tablets. I had my Ipad in my bag, along with my camera, while I was on a trip this week and when I pulled out my ipad to download all the pictures from my camera, the glass on my ipad was shattered! I was very careful with the bag because my camera was in there so it's not as if I was tossing it around or smooshing it between stuff. Clearly, there is not enough padding or support around that pouch to protect a tablet. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend you purchase this bag if you intend to carry your tablet. Not unless you have a hardy case for it.

Too small!

It was way smaller than I thought. It would not fit my camera and three lenses. I also didnt like how it slung over the shoulder. For me it seemed like the wrong shoulder.
