The item came with no hardware for assembly--missing 32 screws!!!!! tried getting help from walmart--was told to contact the manufacturer. Called castaway and was on hold in a live chat for over 1o minutes. I need the item, but I am not at all happy. I als have concerns about the wood. It does not look like it will last.
