Review after 1 week: Easy to assemble although once assembled, it cannot be folded up like some other trampolines/rebounders. As a rebounder which uses elastic bungie straps rather than metal springs like a trampoline, it is quiet when in use. No metallic spring sounds. The handle at full height is 48 inches from the floor which is a good height for most adults. The rebounder surface is 9 inches high from the floor. All of our family members weigh less than 150 pounds. We do very mild jumping but mostly side-to-side step-like exercises to work on the thigh and calve muscles. This compact-size rebounder, like most, are not meant for heavy-duty very high jumping exercises like a full-size trampoline. Overall, we like this rebounder and are satified with this purchase.

When my recliner is laid-back, my feet hang off the end of the recliner. If I would move my leg, the back of my heel would scrape against the end of the recliner until my nerves felt like they were shredded in my heels. I put this pillow on and my feet do not go anywhere near the end of the recliner. I can move my legs without my ankles and heels feeling like they then scraped bear. I absolutely love this pillow.
