Whether for lasagna, roasting veggies or meats, etc. this pan rules in my kitchen. Cleans easily. Real steel deal here. None of that flake off coating. Perfect for carrot cake or pan zucchini bread. The handles are terrific. Rack can be used to allow pan to cool on the counter or inside pan to elevate foods that are roasting/baking. Great investment.
