If you enjoy anchovies but hate the salt bomb that is contained in traditionally used anchovies, then these beauties are for you. The Wild White anchovies can be eaten straight from the can without the salt attack, or after taste that can be associated with the anchovies that are brined.

We bought a few cans just to try. To our great surprise, these anchovies are tasty and have a nice firm texture. (Not at all like the salty, hairy things from other brands) We love these and plan to order regularly. These are great for weekend brunch, added to a deli-style salad plate.
