Poor service

The product works as it should, but the promised delivery date was exceeded by 7 days. I followed up when the product (a power cable for a printer) was not delivered on time and received no feedback or excuse for the delay. After 4 days, I bought another printer. So instead of having the $10 power cable needed to make printer one work, I have another $115 invested in another printer that simple communication from Walmart or its vendor could have resolved.
