Effective roller for pre and post workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This foam roller has become a vital part of my pre-workout warmup and my post-workout stretching. Use after use, the foam roller maintains its shape. The 2 foot length allows me to roll from my neck, and then down my entire back. There are pre-printed stretches on the foam roller cover for easy reference in doing different stretches, and I found a few of them useful in my rolling. The previous foam roller I used was much smaller and didn't cover nearly as many of my muscles at once. This smart recovery foam roller is exactly that, smart. The cover is washable, and it's nice that I don't have to roll directly on the foam. Switch to this roller as soon as possible, your muscles with thank you for it!

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got me this Prism Fitness smart roller for my lower and upper back that always hurt. For someone that has lower and upper back pain this feels good. When I first used it it popped all my bones lol. Great add!!
