Not a fungicide to me

I am not sure what this is but its not Fungicide. It says nothing about stopping fungus and all it says is that it prevents rot on tomatoes and fruit by giving them calcium. So this is not what I wanted (something to get rid of powdery mold for all plants) at all and the sprayer doesn't spray only the stream which is too powerful to actually spray the plants with.
