Microsoft Xbox Chatpad, 5F7-00001 (Xbox One)

I bought this for my husband, and he has loved it! It makes searching the web or for music so much easier!

World's great. Just as you would expect it to with a couple pleasant surprises. It doesn't interfere with gameplay at all and is not heavy and bulky. Can be left on without a noticeable drain in battery power. It has a handy button to take a screenshot or a 30 second video clip without having to stop playing. These two buttons supposedly will become programmable in the future. Also has volume for your headset and a fader for chat/game. This is very useful while playing. No more having to interrupt the game to change your settings. The cons are it will not go on my charging dock without taking it off. (No big deal and not something I would expect). It comes with the same chincy headset that came with my Xbox One and never worked. I didn't even try this one. This works so good it will still get a 5 star review. I love it.
