We bought this tablet for my daughter for Christmas. From the beginning, it was experiencing issues, such as restarting when you turned the bluetooth off or a pop up would appear stating that the system wasn't responding. She hasn't used it since the end of January because it kept freezing on her. It was frustrating for us and her. Most recently, it won't hold a charge. It'll be fully charged and the next day, without being used, itll be dead already. I logged in here to see if I had gotten a warranty, but it says the return window closed January 2nd. If you purchase this tablet and you start having an issue, immediately return it instead of waiting. Also, I'd recommend getting the warranty offered with it.
