Dosage
Allow tablets to dissolve completely in the mouth, do not swallow. Adults and children 4 years and older: 1 tablet every 1/2 to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Standard dosage: Adults and children 4 years and older: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. For children under 4 years, consult your health professional.

great natural pain relief
This brand of natural arthritis pain tabs costs less than another popular brand I tried (which is just advertised as arnica for arthritis) and it works just as well. I feel better taking natural pain relievers than too much of NSAIDs like ibuprofen. These tabs dissolve in your mouth and have a good mild taste. I believe taking this before bedtime has helped cut down on leg cramping (arnica has been shown to help).
