Excellent mat

I purchased this mat for my office which has berber carpeting. I like the fact that it has AnchorBar grips instead of sharp cleats that are harder on carpets. The thickness of this mat is excellent and it was delivered flat, so no unrolling or creases of any kind. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a quality mat for all day use.

Good Support

I ordered the mat and it was delivered by motor freight in 2 days. I had to meet the driver at shopping center near my house because he couldn't get the tractor trailer in my subdivision. When I got the mat home I found that there was a large amount of sticky substance on it that couldn't be cleaned off. I called Sam's Club and they arranged for an exchange which took place 2 days later. I am impressed with the quality of the mat and the original mat's quick replacement.

Almost perfect

Love the lip, the hold to the carpet and even the price...just one problem, and it might be the same or worst with all mats, doesn't roll easily. If you sit for 1hr or longer the chair tends to bore into the mat and you have to rock to get moving again.
