spice grinder

this granite mortar and pestle is very cool. I make my own spice combinations and rubs for BBQ'ing and for my smoker. I put the spices in it and grind it up very fine and put the ingredients in my own spice shaker. I have made some killer recipes with this thing. Of course it works for wet ingredients also. But it's a must have for the gourmet. Making your own and getting the recipe down is much more gratifying than buying pre-made stuff from a store.
