Day 2; still working...

I had originally purchased the Turtle Beach Recon 50x which the Mic never worked brand new out of the box. After lots of troubleshooting and customer support not getting back to me for 3 days, I returned it and bought the Afterglow LVL 5 Headset. It is more comfortable then the Turtle Beach R50x and worked right out of the box. No troubleshooting, no worries, simply plugged it into the XBOX One next gen controller and it worked. The far end when chatting say they can hear my son perfectly. As long as it lasts, this post will stay 5 stars as it is cheaper then the prior one I purchased and I had to do nothing but open the box and plug it in.

First day with them dont know how i gamed without them can hear the enemy witch side and how far away they are .9/10 removable mic would make it 10/10

Weird noise

I bought this a couple mouths ago and on this day, I connect it to my controller and when I join a party, they say that there is a weird wind noise but it's terrible. The wind noise is so irritating. And then I connect it to my phone to hear it and its still there.
