This highly advanced formula consists of Calcium Asporatates � and Magnesium Asporatates � Asporatate � minerals have been combined with aspartic acid, citric acid, and a special delactosedl whey protein concentrate containing naturally occurring orotic acid. This combination process is intended to cause natural chelation. The final product contains Calcium Aspartate, Citrate and Orotate, as well as Magnesium aspartate, Citrate and Orotate. This product contains no yeast or soy commonly found in fulll range amino acid chelates.

I took it for the first time to use it in a complex to strengthen bones against osteoporosis.In combination with exercise and other supplements (I hope for a positive result ).This formula is considered good for the body's absorption of calcium.I bought it based on reviews, I'll wait for the results in a year.

My fav cal mag
I have been taking this particular supplement for almost 2 decades. I absolutely love the combination of minerals and it never upsets my stomach. I like to take this in the morning and I also like to take it at night and it is always effective which is why I continue to re-purchase it.
