IRIS 458511 Express 4 Scanner

I had some issues with getting the scanner to work properly and had no success getting any help from the company. The instructions that come with the scanner are very minimal and are of no help. There is no phone support at all. They take up to 24 hours to reply to emails and their responses were basically what the useless printed and online instructions said. I decided that I wasted enough time trying to figure out how to use it and returned it and purchased a different brand of scanner that I am very happy with.
