A solid and easy bracket.
This was very easy to install. I wasn't able to figure out how to make it swivel but the place I put it would not allow any swivel room anyway. It's a solid bracket!

Mounted on wall and not ceiling. Worked out perfectly
This can be mounted on ceiling or wall. Use spacers under top two mounting bolts to get your viewing angle preference.

Not really suitable for intended use without significant adaptation
The only way it locks up is with an Allen wrench - not something you can do every day without stripping it and not something that can be done quickly. Additionally, while it says it fits TVs up to 40?, for larger TVs you will probably have to track down and buy an adapter (not easy to find) to get this to work.
