Low price but even lower quality. The painted areas of the table begin to scratch and rust immediately. The cloth that holds the seat cushion in place dry rots within the first year and has to be replaced at a cost of $20.00 each

Well this set looks nice but plan on about 3-4 hours to put it together. Lots of little bolts and washers. NOT very sturdy, weight limit is 250 due to design and cheap bolts. The bolts are made of a very soft metal and the little allen wrenches they send with the set strips out quite easily, must be why you get 6 of them in the bolt sets... The box was damaged when we picked it up from the ship to store counter. Once at home it had a cut in one of the seat bottoms. I called the enclosed customer service number, 35 min wait on the phone and I get to a person...Give them the part name number and info for the damaged part...A week later they ship out the replacement part, WRONG PART! I called customer service again, closed for lunch, 12:30-1:30 EST. They are only open 9-4:30 EST kind of hart to contact them from the West Coast. I called back after lunch hour and then a 25 min wait for a person. Once contact was made I was told they would ship out the correct part this time....Did not ask for the part number....Then was told it is backordered and I will now have an additional 4-5 week wait for the part to be shipped. I must say I am not impressed with the quality or the customer service provided on this item.
