The best vitamin C
I've used this product for several years. I like the fact that it has rose hips and lemon bioflavonoids to help with assimilation. I take one tablet morning,noon and night. I've read that time release C is better because it doesn't wash out of one's system but maintains blood levels. And, Swanson's price is very good.
