I can see the change.
My 3yr old son is very hyperactive and full of energy which is why I got it. It took a few days for it to start working in his system, but once it didn't it calmed him down a bit and relaxed him for the most part. His energy was still there, but he was not jumping off the walls and running all over the place. Yet when I run out and have to order again.
