Multiple Sclerosis, muscle cramps
I have been taking Soloray Nerve SP-14 for 15 years. Generally 2 per day. People have no idea I have MS or health issues. I do NOT take prescriptions. (Except Medrol/Prednisone to recover from a major bout, 4 or 5 times now) Sometimes I neglect supplements and need to get built back up. Muscles tighten, cramps if I ignore. So I take between 4 and 8 per day for a bit. I have gone a month or more between taking them. But my body needs them every day for well being in dealing with MS after these 25 years. My family takes 2 per day when muscle pain or injury until it heals. Before I found Soloray I used another natural product prescribed by Chiropractor with passion fruit, valerian, hops - for 10 years. This one has added benefits of nourishing my nervous system as well. PLEASE keep making Soloray Nerve SP-14. I NEED it to survive!
