My CALMNESS TONIC in a PILL
This vitamin was suggested to me by a cardiologist in 1987. I was retaining a lot of water during my periods. I used to feel like my brain was sloshing in my head. I thought I was going crazy but the doctor assure me, I was normal. He suggested taking this vitamin before bed time because it also produces calmness. It solved my problem. I have kept up with it. But my husband further convinced me it will work to calm your nerves. In the 90's my husband told me he was feeling very "strange". He felt as if he wanted to run out of the house and just keep running and running. So I gave him one of my B6 tablets and told him to lay on the couch and take a nap. An hour later he came back to ask me, what had I given him. That feeling had completely disappeared. It will work better than any anxiety medicine and is not habit forming. It's worth taking on a daily basis or keep in your medicine cabinet.
