good product

I'm a true believer that, when you crave a particular food, it's because your body is trying to tell you something. I was craving cake, everyday. It stopped as soon as I started taking lecithin granules (this brand takes just like cake!) . As a result, I have lost weight.

Great product

I have used lecithin granules for a few years. Recently I found the Swanson brand. I like this product and will purchase it again. The granules are fresh and taste great and the price is excellent! The amounts of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidyl inositol per serving is higher than some more expensive brands I have used in the past. Very fast shipping.
