Not reliable out-of-the box and not very bright.

I bought two 4 packs. Out of the box, one did not work and hasn't since. Out of the other 7, only 5 currently work, about 3 weeks later. So the quality is unpredictable. Being solar powered, these have low power and are not very bright. If they're on their own in a dark area, they shine pretty well, but if you have other christmas lights close to them, you won't really notice them.
