Vacuum pump worked as advertised. However, the two, 2 foot hoses were kinked and had small cracks that leaked air at the kinks. Threw them away. Went to Home Depot to purchase replacement. Better packaging needed. Simple solution coil the hoses rather than fold and put them under the blister pack rather than folding and placing on top portion of blister pack.
